Richard Heady, Doug Heady, Richard D. Heady of Clarkson, Kentucky Murdered my Nephew Bruce Felix in Broad Daylight due to Distracted Driving

My family will never be the same. Doug Heady murdered my nephew Bruce Felix in cold blood. Bruce was on his way home from his job on his motorcycle at 6:50 in the morning on July 14, 2020. Richard Douglas Heady of Clarkson, Kentucky born 08/23/2000 ran him down in broad daylight due to distracted driving. I hope someone does the same to him and let's see how his family feels. It could have so easily been prevented. The little bastard was on his phone driving like a maniac and speeding... he murdered a father of three. I curse him. I curse Richard D.
